A graduate in Economics and Environmental Management from The University of Leeds (UK) in 2002, Jay has been working within the property sector and beyond for over fifteen years. During this time he also co-founded and ran a very successful and market-leading real estate company, an internationally acclaimed Safari company and a 5 star boutique hotel lodge.

Co-founder of the group in 2020.
An economic graduate, Ekta moved her focus to the property, design, sales & marketing in the early 2000’s. Ekta’s valuable experience in design and marketing coupled with her diverse property experience plays an important part in carrying forward the company’s vision.
Annie Chelmus
Executive Finance Director
Annie is a financial investor by training, having received a finance degree from University of Romania and spent ten years in the profession and currently is actively involved in providing wealth management solutions for clients globally.
She believes in knowing her market and knowing her customers, and has built up an impressive portfolio of clients over the years.
